Our Essential Cleaning plan is designed for homeowners who want dependable water care and equipment checks, while handling some of the routine cleaning themselves.

Includes:

• Test pool water and apply needed pool minerals and chemicals

• Empty skimmer and pump baskets

• Backwash filter on a regular basis, if applicable

• Clean automatic pool cleaner bag or filter

• Clean pool sweep wall screen

• Verify automatic pool cleaner operation

• Check pool equipment for visible concerns

• Report any observations or potential pool issues

Pool Owner Responsibilities

• Net pool surface and bottom as needed

• Brush pool walls, tile, steps, and ledges

• Vacuum pool as needed

• Maintain proper water level

• Keep pool equipment operating

• Approve needed repairs when applicable

• Report any pool concerns or changes noticed between visits
